Fusion Tapas pastry case collection from Pidy

Belgian canapé maker Pidy has combined 15 pastry cases from its current collection to aim the new Fusion Tapas range squarely at the December party season.

In addition to square, rectangular and round mini-shells, the line offers a wide range of shapes including Christmas trees, boat-shaped Barquettes, the spoon-like Amusette, Coquilles, Profiteroles and the flower-themed Iris and Annabelle.

Equally suitable for sweet or savoury fillings - the low water content of the paste keeps them crisp after filling - the cases are made from puff, choux, shortcrust or crispy pastry, have a one-year shelf life in ambient conditions and are supplied in boxes of about 100 pieces.
