Frozen potato options from McCain
Potato Scoops and Beer Battered Potato Lattice Fries are included in frozen food supplier McCain's latest Signatures Starters & Sides range, available in 4 x 2kg cases.
McCain offers more than 60 products, including the Classics, Alternatives and Signature ranges.
The Classics range is directed at pubs, restaurants and outlets offering traditional menu choices.
Chips are available in a wide selection of cuts in six cases each weighing 2.49kg, along with spirals, fried lattice, wedges, smiles, waffles, saut‚ potatoes and croquettes.
The Alternatives range is lower in fat and salt and includes 3% fat country style oven chips, 5% fat roasting potatoes, country style dice, and lumberjacks (potato chunks in their skins).
The Signatures range has been developed to complement premium menus and includes Rustic Chips, Brewer's Ridges (ridge-cut chips in beer batter), chunky Gourmet Chips and Ridge Cut Wedges. All of the Signature products are supplied in cases of four, each weighing 2.5kg.
