Fish and seafood terrines from Brakes
Brakes has launched two new fish- and seafood-based terrines suitable for use as a starter or as part of a buffet. Poached and Smoked Salmon Terrine with Lemon and Dill is a creamy terrine made with pieces of smoked and poached salmon ready to slice and serve with lightly toasted bread. Crab Terrine with Coriander, Lemon Grass and Ginger is a creamy terrine with white and brown crab meat. The chilled products can be served straight from the refrigerator and give a yield of about 20 portions.
