First goat's cheese from Kid Me Not

Carmarthenshire goats' milk producer Kid Me Not, best known for its goats' milk fudge and probiotic yogurt smoothies, has teamed up with the Carmarthenshire Cheese Company to produce its first cheese.

The milk is sourced from the Kid Me Not family herd of Anglo Nubian, Toggenburg and Saanen goats at Ffynnongrech Farm, Talley, while the new goats' cheese was developed at Carmarthenshire Cheese's facilities at the Welsh Assembly-funded Food Centre Wales in Horeb. The result is a mild, creamy cheese with a delicate and smooth texture.
