Fairtrade Cola from Peros

Ubuntu Cola, a new addition to the Peros catalogue, is claimed to be the UK's first Fairtrade cola. It was granted a Fairtrade certificate this May based on its content of Fairtrade sugar from Malawi and Zambia.
It has been developed by the Ubuntu Trading Company (whose name is based on the African Ubuntu ideology of human interdependence), which will send 33% of its pre-tax profits to the Ubuntu Africa Program to fund environmental and social projects in sugar-growing communities.
The 330ml cans are packed 24 to the case.
