Electric boiling top from Lincat

A four-plate electric boiling top, model OE79012, is the latest addition to the Lincat range of heavy-duty Opus 700 cooking equipment.
The £1,486 square boiling top is suitable for kitchens with limited space and can either be mounted in a counter-top or placed on a floor stand that sells for £309.
It features four high-speed 2.6kW hotplates for rapid heat-up and is made from hygienic and robust stainless steel with a fully sealed pressed hob top for easy cleaning.
