Dr Oetker in breadmaker and gluten-free mix giveaway

The one in 100 people who suffer from coeliac disease and the many others who are intolerant to wheat can find their menu options pretty limited when eating out. Dr Oetker has launched a solution under its new Wellcare brand that will allow caterers to widen their options without being restricted to ready-made products.

Claimed to be the first of their kind on the market, Dr Oetker's new GlutenFree White Bread and Gluten Free Sponge & Cupcake mixes enable operators to whip up a host of sweet and savoury dishes. While gluten-free meals can be difficult to bake successfully from scratch, the new mixes simply need water and oil added.

droetker@proactivecompetitions.co.uk, quoting "Product Zone/Dr Oetker gluten-free competition" in the subject field. The winner can also choose a 4 x 1kg case of one of the new mixes.

The stainless-steel breadmaker has 15 programmes for making breads, cakes, doughs and even jams. Features include wipe-clean, touch-sensitive controls; an automatic ingredients dispenser; and an internal oven light.
