Dorchester prize for Pritchitts recipe competition

Dairy manufacturer Pritchitts has launched a Regional Recipes competition with a first prize of dinner for two in the Dorchester's Krug Room, prepared by the hotel's executive chef, Henry Brosi.

Twelve regional winners will be selected to feature in the Pritchitts Craft Guild of Chefs 2011 calendar and will receive a year's membership of the Craft Guild of Chefs and a Global chef's knife worth £120. Judges will then choose one of the 12 as the overall Regional Recipe Champion who will be invited to dine in the Krug Room.

To enter, submit your best regional recipe, using any of Pritchitts' products, online at www.regional-recipes.co.uk by 31 July.

The Regional Recipes Competition is open to bona-fide caterers and catering students in the UK and Ireland only. Full terms and conditions are available at www.regional-recipes.co.uk.
