Delice de France partners with Coup de Pates

Delice de France has partnered with French sister brand Coup de Pates.

Thierry Cacaly, managing director, said of the news: "My promise and commitment to all our customers, suppliers and staff is to deliver the same passion, authenticity and innovation that our French Founder, Philippe Signolet built our foundations upon; with the introduction of our sister brand, Coup de Pates, into the UK market we continue to deliver Savoir-faire to our customers!"

The new French bakery products have all been developed by Coup de Pate's team of fifteen dedicated Chefs in their development kitchens in Paris and include sweet treats such as macaroons, Paris-Brest and traditional millefeuille.

One of the new millefeuilles has been inspired by the salted caramel trend and has a rich salted caramel crème pÁ¢tissière through the layers, topped with a salted caramel fondant icing.

Alongside the partnership announcement Delice de France has launched a range of new gourmet sandwich rolls and loaves with a host of different inclusions and toppings including rye and caraway in the Millers bread and the sundried tomato loaf.
