Customer support changes at Electrolux Professional

Electrolux Professional has announced changes to its customer support team with the realignment of a number of senior sales and marketing staff.

The decision to attribute new responsibilities across Electrolux's internal departments will enable the manufacturer to boast a category specialist in each of its key product areas and each category manager will support the organisation's area sales management team, which will remain the primary point of contact for partners and their customers.

Simon Lilley takes up the role of regional category manager - Horizontal Cooking. Steve Bowler has been appointed regional category manager for Warewashing and Sneha Mashru assumes responsibility as regional category manager for Refrigeration.

With experience in the refrigeration industry, Sneha will be responsible for increasing awareness and sales of the refrigeration product range.

Stuart Flint has been appointed regional training and demonstration manager with the added responsibility of regional category manager - Cook and Chill.

Darren Lockley, Electrolux Professional's head of region for the UK & Ireland commented: "It is important that we can offer our customers both an unrivalled range of products and an experienced expert across each of our food service categories. For this reason, we have decided to realign the duties and objectives of a number of our more experienced sales and marketing representatives.

"As a dynamic business operating in a fast-paced industry, we are keen to take every opportunity to strengthen our food service division and ultimately enhance the customer experience for our existing partners. Our network of Regional Category Managers coupled with our dedicated Innovation Center means we are well-positioned to offer industry-leading support for a variety of requirements."
