Details This luxury, hand-made cream ice - so called because it uses full cream, not milk or powdered milk protein - is now available in a four-litre catering tub.
USP It is made on a family farm in Suffolk using its own cream and 100% British fruit - 75% from the farm and the rest from East Anglian suppliers - while imported ingredients are either Fairtrade and/or organic. The range won four Great Taste Awards and a Quality Food Award in 2010.
Flavours There are 15 core flavours and seasonal varieties, including Gooseberry & Elderflower; Stem Ginger & Rhubarb, Pear & Chocolate, Apple & Honey and Christmas.
