Country Range launches family favourites frozen desserts range

Five family favourites have been added to Country Range's collection of frozen desserts. Lemon Meringue Pie, Caramel Apple Pie, New York Style Large Baked Cheesecake, Chocolate Fudge Cake and Triple Layer Chocolate Fudge Cake are all pre-portioned for quick and easy service and to cut down on wastage.

The Lemon Meringue Pie is made with a traditional sweet short crust pastry case with a lemon filling and topped with meringue peaks. The Caramel Apple Pie is filled with apples and custard and topped with crumble and caramel fudge, all encased in sweet short crust pastry.

The New York Style Large Baked Cheesecake is in the old-fashioned vanilla-style on a crunchy biscuit base and the Chocolate Fudge Cake is covered and filled with a layer of chocolate fudge. With three layers of chocolate sponge the Triple Layer Chocolate Fudge Cake can be served hot or cold.
