Tilda's range of six sauces has been created to capture the authentic taste of India while offering consistency. Rogan Josh is a rich tomato-based sauce containing natural yogurt, coriander, cumin and cardamom. For a more fiery flavour there is Jalfrezi, combining strips of green and red peppers, chillies and onions. Tilda products contain natural ingredients and no artificial flavours or colours. The company suggests that popular foods such as chicken tikka sandwiches and Indian-inspired pizzas can be complemented with small amounts of its ready-to-use sauces while allowing for a profit margin.
