USP The control makes the warewashers easier to use, monitor and service and can be operated by untrained or non-English-speaking staff.
Operation Touch the square start button to begin washing, and adjust the program by touching the relevant symbol. A progress panel displays what stage the wash cycle has reached. It also provides animated operating instructions and tips and reports and remedies errors.
Menus Three - operating menu (for day-to-day use); PIN-protected chef's menu (operating and hygiene data, including descaling) and service menu.
Availability All UC Series under-counter warewashers, available in four sizes and four configurations (dishes, glasses and cutlery, utensils, multi-purpose bistro).
