Coloured Mini Cones from Pidy

Caterers can add a splash of colour to their food displays with Pidy's new Coloured Mini Cones, crisp corn wafer cones that can be filled with paté, mousse or seafood and served on the group's new gold artist's palette (pictured). They come in four shades - green (coloured with spinach), red (tomato), black (squid ink) and neutral.
Visually striking, colour-coded serving suggestions include piping smoked salmon mousse into the black cones, golden coronation chicken into the green cones, or topping a filling in the red cones with black poppy seeds, black caviar or lumpfish roe. The cones are sold in outers of four boxes, each holding 24 pieces.
