USP This limited-edition flavoured coffee - which can be branded for café, restaurant, pub and food service customers - smells like a hot Christmas pudding.
Details Cherizena shifted three-quarters of a tonne of its seasonal Christmas Coffee last year and so is running with a similar recipe for 2011. The key change is that the Columbian Excelsior medium bean is flavoured with hazelnut and pecan nut in addition to the tried and trusted combination of rum, cinnamon, vanilla and orange.
