Chef's Edge cutting boards from C&K

The Chef's Edge Platinum Series is the leading line of cutting boards from C&K Products, part of US group Tomlinson Industries.

The boards - made from non-absorbent HDPE that will not chip, crack or warp - have built-in Microban anti-microbial protection to deter the growth of bacteria, mould and mildew and are available in five colours and three sizes - 12in x 18in, 15in x 20in, and 18in x 24in.

The Gold Series has the same attributes as the Platinum but lacks the Microban protection, while the Silver Series is aimed at the cost-conscious buyer.

Other options include a stainless-steel cutting board rack that will hold six boards up to 1in thick. C&K can also provide custom-sized boards, including built-in removable boards for use in counter surfaces.
