CESA Induction Forum speakers announced

Lucy Johnson, Policy Advisor for the Sustainable Energy Using Products Team, DEFRA, will provide an insight into DEFRA's work relating to the opportunity for manufacturers of catering equipment to produce more energy efficient equipment which will assist the hospitality industry in reducing its energy bills.
Technology Acceleration Manager for the Carbon Trust, Al-Karim Govindji, will explain how equipment and operating practice have a key role to play in helping to meet EU and UK ‘20-20-20' energy saving objectives. He will cover such topics as high level sector emissions and energy use in the catering sector and the need for process level metering in the industry.
There will be a Hands-On With Induction session with Hayden Groves, Elior's executive chef at Lloyds of London giving a full insight into the management of this high profile business site offering directors dining, staff catering, wine bar and café service across four kitchens. This will include the reasons the company decided to install induction equipment and how it plays a pivotal role in keeping all the customers well fed wherever they choose to dine.
The one-day interactive event is aimed at industry professionals who use or want to learn more about induction technology and through a combination of presentations, tailored workshops, exhibitor demonstrations and an induction kitchen tour.
