Premier Foods has launched a Chinese New Year competition to give caterers the chance to win a set of premium woks and a hamper full of products from its Sharwood's and Homepride oriental ranges.
Mark Rigby, executive chef at Premier Foods, explained: "We are delighted to be helping caterers celebrate Chinese New Year. The occasion provides a great way to promote menu offerings and increase footfall, so it is vital that those working in the foodservice industry make the most of seasonal or special events.
