Cake, bread and pastry mixes from Country Range

Easy-to-use Country Range cake, bread and pastry mixes require only water to create everything from British scones to sponge pudding.

The nine-strong range meets Food Standard Agency 2010 salt guidelines and is free from hydrogenated fats, artificial colours and preservatives as well as being suitable for vegetarians and people with nut allergies. The range comprises sponge mixes in plain, chocolate and ginger; crumble mix; white bread and roll mix; scone mix; all-purpose pastry mix; vegetable suet mix and a shortcrust pastry mix - all in 4 x 3.5kg packs. The scone mix and plain sponge mix are also available in 1 x 12.5kg packs.
