Bunzl Lockhart take 'The Show – North' to showcase innovation

The show attracted 350 visitors, who got a first-hand look at new product ranges, learn about the latest trends and developments in the industry and take advantage of special deals and offers.

Paul Niedersyski, managing director, of Bunzl Lockhart Catering Equipment said: "What a debut! There simply isn't anything like 'The Show' for operators in the north of the country and we felt this needed addressing. The feedback we've received has been phenomenal.

"We were especially proud to officially launch 'Glacial' to the industry - our exclusive and very stylish comprehensive range of glassware, together with our new 'Trends Set' brochure, which aims to provide operators with valuable insight which they can then recreate within their businesses.

Guest appearances on the day included mixologist James Trevillion from Bonzer and TV chef and food consultant, Andy Bates from the Food Network Channel.

Trevillion ran an interactive cocktail bar, demonstrating new and innovative bar tools alongside old favourites to create eye-catching and profitable drinks, while Bates provided culinary inspiration on Brazilian Street Food with a live cooking demonstration and sampling for visitors.
