Buffet Topper pads from Victor

Four Buffet Topper pads have joined the Victor range of table-top display units. They are aimed at small to medium-sized caterers as well as larger operators needing extra capacity and, being fully interchangeable, are especially suited to smaller outlets with limited space and budgets.
The 400mm x 400mm tops include a stainless-steel model, a tiled top, a glass top ideal for storing deep-crust pizzas, and a carvery unit for presenting roast meats.
The display units are sold with or without illuminated gantries which feature overhead quartz-heat lamps using 300W bulbs, while variable heat control supplies heat to the base of the pads. Prices range from £275 to £575 for the carvery unit.
