Breaded and battered fish from Royal Greenland

Royal Greenland has launched a range of breaded and battered fish - including cod, haddock, plaice and halibut - created specially for the UK market. All varieties come in six fillet weights, ranging from 110g to 340g.

The crumb coating is made from breadcrumbs milled from freshly baked loaves, while the batter blends wheat and maize with leavening agents and has a light, crispy texture.

Breaded plaice is caught from seine, gill net and bottom trawl fisheries in the northern parts of the North Sea where stocks are considered stable. IQF Greenland Halibut loins and cod fillets come pin boned with skin on.

Also available, pre-sliced smoked halibut comes in 200g and 700g-1.1kg pack sizes; fish fingers come with cod, haddock or white fish mix fillings in 25g or 30g sizes while IQF frozen prawns come in 125-375 count-per-pound bags and shell-on prawns come in 90-150 count-per-kilo bags.
