Bistro 4355 stone hearth oven from Jestic

The new Bistro 4355 stone hearth oven from Wood Stone offers 9.4sq ft of cooking surface, 2sq ft more than its predecessor. This has been achieved by adding 12in to the compact oven's depth.

The Bistro 4355 comprises a 500lb monolithic cast-ceramic floor and a 725lb monolithic dome that creates a deep heat sink within the oven chamber. It can handle up to nine 8in or four 16in pizzas at a time.

The ceramic interior is heated by a powerful, adjustable radiant burner at the back of the chamber fuelled by natural gas or propane. The oven has a stainless-steel exterior, and optional extras include a storage compartment (in the support frame) and a stainless-steel oven tool set.
