Details Part of Bernard Matthews' Big Green Tick sub-range for schools, the turkey provides a leaner and healthier alternative to red meat in a range of popular dishes such as Spaghetti Bolognese - where it slashes the saturated fat content to 5g from the 16g found in beef - curry, cottage pie, pasta, kebabs, wraps, salads and jacket potatoes. The fully-traceable turkey contains no artificial colours or flavours.
