Bellavita Expo back in the UK showcasing excellence in Italian Fine Food and Wine
Italian food and wine exhibition, Bellavita has announced new dates for its London Expo, which will be held from 18 - 20 June at the Business Design Centre in Islington.
Bellavita Expo will showcase hundreds of artisanal producers from all regions of Italy, supporting the suppliers who are bringing excellence and diversity to Italian gastronomy.
A major focus for 2017 will be that of food trends, with a large scale study of buying trends ahead of the show.
Bellavita's, CEO, Aldo Mazzocco explained: "We already run a very successful programme at the show with talks from some of the finest Italian chefs and sommeliers from across Italy. We want to do more for the hospitality sector by giving the trends information that will help them to plan for 2018.
"We now have a huge opportunity to talk to so many restaurateurs and hoteliers from all over the world using not only our home-grown events but also the partnerships we have with Worldfood in Warsaw, NRA in Chicago, Abastur in Mexico and HORECAVA in Amsterdam. We will share this information with the press and visitors to the show."
New features planned for the 2017 Expo include: Inspiring dishes for Generation X, created by international chefs in the Bellavita Expo Food Theatre; the new Bellavita Expo Bar Theatre with demonstrations from leading mixologists; an Italian Piazza hospitality zone and an Innovation Zone where all the new products will be brought together.
