Bakery boxes from Dawn Foods

The Sweet Bakery Box from Dawn Foods offers food service operators a selection of wrapped bakery goods with low-key branding. All are free from nuts and trans fatty acids and low in sodium.

The launch lineup includes Mini Loaf Cakes, Ambient Muffins and Skinny Muffins, while more products - including Bite Size Demi-Cakes, Cookies and Brownies, and Milkshake Muffins - will be added later in the year.

The moist, thaw-and-sell loaf cake options include Double Chocolate Loaf, Red Berry Crumble Loaf, Lemon and Poppy Seed Loaf, Sticky Ginger Loaf, Glazed Spiced Fruit Loaf and Luscious Lemon Loaf.

The Ambient Muffin box provides Double Choc and Blueberry, while the reduced-fat Skinny Muffin selection includes Skinny Blueberry and Skinny Apricot and Raspberry.
