Product Honestly Healthy alkalising salads, dry mixes and snacks

USP In a first for the UK market, organic chef Natasha Corrett and nutritional therapist Vicki Edgson have designed a range of energy-boosting vegetarian lines that alkalise the body, counteracting the damaging effects of the acid-forming Western diet. The range incorporates energy-rich vitamins and minerals, iron-rich greens and natural liver purifiers. Shelf life is around three days for chilled salads and snacks and nine months for the ambient Ready-to-Cook Dry Mixes (just add water and cook).

Range Salads - four, including Get Up & Go (cumin-roasted squash, quinoa, feta and garlic kale), Bircher Muesli and Perfect Protein (chickpea and quinoa burger, buckwheat noodles and greens); Ready-to-Cook Mixes - four, including a dhal, a muesli, the tagine-style Bean & Fig Stew, and the delicately-spiced Super Quinoa & Lentil All-rounder; chilled snacks - two, Super Choccie Brownie Bites and Sticky Apple & Apricot Mini Loaf.

How supplied Four units per case (chilled) or six per case (ambient dry mixes)
