12 poultry lines from Rectory Foods

Twelve battered, breaded, Southern-fried or steam-cooked chicken products comprise Rectory Foods' new frozen range for the food service market sold under its Hot Chicken Company brand. All use premium, whole-muscle chicken breast fillets.

Frozen lines available in 10 x 1kg bags include: Battered Jumbo Chicken Fillet Bites (20-30g each); Southern Fried Chicken Goujons (40-60g); Crispy Breaded Chicken Goujons (40-60g); Southern Fried Hot Chicken Wingos (20-40g); popcorn-style Premium Pop Rox Chicken (8-13g); and spicy Jumbo Hot Rox Chicken (16-24g).

Southern Fried or Breaded Chicken Fillets (150g) come in 4 x 16-portion packs while 90g Battered Crispy American Chicken Fillets are sold in 4 x 24 portions. All will deep-fry in 3-6 minutes, oven-cook in 12-30 minutes, and store in the freezer for up to 12 months.

Completing the line-up are steam-cooked chicken breast cubes, strips and whole fillets for salads and sandwiches, which are supplied in 4 x 2.5kg cases.
