Venue Group to open latest food, drink and live music hub in Borough

Mumford & Sons star Ben Lovett's Venue Group is opening a new site, St Felix Place, in London's Borough on 14 April.

Venue Group, which also owns Flat Iron Square and the King's Cross-based Goods Way, is launching St Felix Place under two railway arches on SE1's Low Line. The site will have its own onsite brewery and taproom in association with the Lagunitas Brewing Company.

Like its sister sites, the new site will have a strong emphasis on food with Texas Joe's Adobe offering Tex-Mex barbecue and the Good Slice focaccia-style pizza slices.

It will also host regular events, such as local DJs, live acoustic sessions, a book swap programme, an independent music and publishers' market, a summer music festival and a permanent new busking pitch.
