London-based caterer Vacherin has won five contracts across the capital with a combined value of £19m.

The new partners include four city law firms and a well-known fashion retailer.

For legal services firm Harbottle & Lewis located at the Strand, Vacherin will provide staff dining and hospitality and cater for partners' dinners and celebratory events which were previously held at external venues.

At international law firm Ashurst based in Spitalfields, it will operate the staff restaurant, coffee bar, client hospitality suite and events and conferences. It will also run social and wellbeing activities.

Vacherin is yet to announce the other partners.

Vacherin owner and managing director Phil Roker said: "We are incredibly proud to enjoy long-term partnerships with great clients, and we're thrilled to be adding these firms to the Vacherin family. These wins further cement our standing in the London market, and we're excited to be further developing our offering within the legal sector."

The firm reported that its commitment to sustainability initiatives helped it secure the new contracts with clients that are looking to reduce their CSR targets.

Vacherin won the Cateys 2017 CSR award and the Food Service Cateys 2019 Extra Mile Award.
