Supa Ya Ramen to open second site in London

Supa Ya Ramen is to open its second site in London's Peckham on 26 October.

Chef Luke Findlay's ramen concept, which infuses Japanese flavours with British influences, first launched as a 15-cover restaurant in London's Dalston in March 2020.

Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Supa Ya Ramen has continued to grow.

Signature ramen bowls such as roast chicken and corn with buttered chilli sweetcorn will sit alongside new dishes like the Mazesoba cheeseburger with smashed burger patty, bread, butter pickles, American cheese and burger sauce.

A new cocktail menu, which features a Nori Old Fashioned and a Pickled Fennel Martini, will also be available exclusively to the Peckham site.

Supa Ya Ramen will hold a soft launch from 21 – 23 October, during which all ramen bowls will be reduced to £10 (from the normal price of £15).
