Rum Kitchen to open third site in London's Shoreditch

Rum Kitchen, the Caribbean-style restaurant and bar, is to open a third site in Shoreditch, London in 2020.

A spokesperson said: "We're so excited about opening our third site in Shoreditch, building on the successes of our existing restaurants in Soho and Brixton.

"As with Soho and Brixton, we were on the hunt for an area where we could be part of another thriving restaurant and street food hub whilst delivering an experience led destination for local residents, professionals and weekend visitors. Shoreditch's vibrancy delivers on these criteria for us."

The restaurant sells Caribbean inspired food including jerk chicken, curry mutton and wings at its two sites in Brixton and Soho. Former MasterChef 2013 contestant Shivi Ramoutar has also collaborated with the small chain to create a full plant-based menu.

Rum Kitchen was founded in 2013 by Alex Potter and Jonny Boud.
