Vapiano UK boss adds USA chief executive role

Vapiano UK managing director Phil Sermon has been appointed as chief executive officer of Vapiano in the USA.
Sermon joined Vapiano in 2012 and is responsible for its two London restaurants and future expansion across the UK.
In his new role he will oversee the Vapiano restaurants in the USA while continuing his work with Vapiano in England.
Before joining Vapiano, Sermon worked for a number of UK hospitality companies, including pub operator JD Wetherspoon, Hilton Hotels and foodservice giant Sodexo.
Sermon said: "I am delighted to have been appointed as CEO for Vapiano in the USA and look forward to the challenges ahead and ensuring the restaurants are successful."
