Tramshed and Kitchen Table winners at Restaurant & Bar Design Awards
Mark Hix's Tramshed (pictured) and James Knappett's Kitchen Table and Bubbledogs were among the UK winners at the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards, announced last night.
The Waugh Thistleton-designed interior of Tramshed picked up the London restaurant award, while &Kitchen Table and Bubbledogs, designed by b3 Designers won the standalone restaurant category.
San Carlo group's Piccolino Cicchetti, designed by Robert Angell Design Studio took the multiple restaurant title and Jamie's Italian at Gatwick airport by Blacksheep came top in the restaurant or bar in a transport space category.
The Restaurant & Bar Design Awards, now in their fifth year, received entries from designers and operators working in hospitality from the UK and 70 other countries.
The awards ceremony was held last night at the Farmiloe Building in London.
