Tragus to open West End Bella Italia

Casual dining operator Tragus ](http://www.tragusholdings.com/)is to open another [Bella Italia](http://www.bellaitalia.co.uk/) restaurant in London's West End later this summer.

The group, whose portfolio of brands also include Strada and Café Rouge, has taken a lease for 65 Strand, a 5,000 sq ft site between Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden.

Tragus operates 83 Bella Italia branches across the UK, 14 of which are located in London

[Davis Coffer Lyons](http://www.daviscofferlyons.co.uk/) (DCL) assigned the lease for the Strand site on behalf of the owner of the lease, Heinz.

Jonathan Moradoff, acting agent at DCL, said: "This site is located on a in the heart of Theatreland and benefits from high footfall providing a great opportunity for the Bella Italia brand."
