Tortilla to open site at Liverpool One

Fast-casual Mexican brand Tortilla is to open a site at Liverpool One, taking over two levels of the shopping complex.
It will be the 21st restaurant in the group's estate when it opens in mid-November, after openings at London Victoria and Camden.
The new site will serve California-style Mexican cuisine, with a range of tacos and burritos.
Tortilla managing director Richard Morris said: "This is a very exciting time for Tortilla as we continue to execute our expansion plan and we are thrilled to be opening our 21st restaurant in Liverpool. Our burritos are fresh, affordable and more importantly taste fantastic. Liverpool One is a brilliant destination and we can't wait to bring our burritos to the North-West."
