TGI Friday's Karen Forrester to speak at Arena Lunch

Karen Forrester, UK managing director at restaurant chain TGI Friday's, is to take centre stage at the next networking association Arena Lunch in July.

Since her appointment three years ago, Forrester has been credited with reinvigorating the TGI Friday's brand. At the Arena Lunch she will discuss how and why she took on this challenge and how she successfully managed to grow the business to outperform the casual-dining sector by 6.5% in like-for-like sales over the past year.

Forrester will be speaking at the Arena Lunch on Monday 11 July at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel, London.

Tickets to the event are £130 plus VAT for Arena members and £165 plus VAT for non-members. For further information and to buy tickets contact Lorraine Wood on 0203 087 2378, e-mail lorraine@arena.org.uk or visit www.arena.org.uk.
