Second Marston's Foundry site set to open in Harrogate
Marston's is to open its second Foundry Project site as it continues the roll out of restaurants under its premium Revere brand.
Located at the Ginnel in Harrogate, the 174 cover site will offer sourdough pizzas and burgers alongside ‘smoked' cocktails and craft beers.
Designed by Concorde, the restaurant will emulate the foundry aesthetic through industrial décor, with walls featuring a mix of distressed timber and aged metal wall cladding.
Revere managing director Colin Sadler said: "We are delighted to be expanding Foundry Project with our second site in Harrogate. We'll be recruiting between 30-40 new staff members for the site and believe the new bar will bring a unique venue to the spa town and is a key part of the continued transformation of the Revere brand."
Opening in April, Foundry Project has evolved from the opening of Foundry 39 in Edinburgh in 2016.
