Rutland Pub Company buys fine dining freehouse

The Rutland Pub Company has bought the Blue Ball freehouse in the picturesque village of Braunston-in-Rutland, Rutland.

The thatched, 17th century property developed a reputation for fine dining under the previous owners, John and Mandy Packer, who sold reluctantly due to ill health.

The property additionally offers six-bedroom owners' accommodation, a small car park, and a decked beer terrace.

The Nottingham office of Christie + Co sold the freehold off a guide price of £750,000.
