Rosa's Thai Café opens sixth site

Rosa's Thai Café has opened its first north London restaurant and its sixth overall, on Theberton Street in Islington.

The business, run by Alex and Saiphin Moore, started life as a street food stall on Brick Lane in east London.

The new opening comes after Rosa's secured an investment of £500,000 from three private investors via the UK Angel Investment Network, which was announced in July.

As with its sister sites, dishes at the Angel restaurant are priced between £6 - £12.

In addition to the classic Thai dishes, options include: Northern Thai Lao-style sausage with ginger, fresh coriander, chilli and lettuce; spicy chargrilled pork neck salad with a bittersweet chilli sauce; and red curry with palm heart garnished with lime leaves, Thai herbs and lemongrass marinade.

Rosa's also has sites in Hanbury Street (Spitalfields), Dean Street (Soho), Ganton Street (Carnaby), Fulham Road (Chelsea), and Westfield Stratford.
