The name stands for relax, eat and drink, and this chic new brasserie and cocktail bar promises just that. Decor is not for the faint-hearted - think contemporary, shiny surfaces and lots of scarlet. Owner and chef Daniel Clarke will serve meals from 12 noon until late, with afternoon tea available all day.
