Popular Glasgow bar restaurant for sale
The chance to buy a popular, well-established city centre bar/restaurant in Glasgow has come to the market.
Creevy LLH has been instructed to seek offers in excess of £125,000 for the leasehold on the Fixx Café Bar, which occupies a prominent position on Miller Street. It is well placed to capture trade from the city's shopping, office and licensed circuit areas.
Fixx has operated under the same owner for 15 years and is popular for wet sales, freshly-prepared food, and entertainment in the form of satellite TV and (at the weekends) karaoke and DJs.
It occupies the lower ground floor of a traditional five-storey building with an oriental restaurant immediately above.
The large open-plan bar includes a back-lit timber bar servery and gantry and seating for 115 customers over different levels and sections.
The business, which achieved sales of £435,460 in the year to 31 March 2006, is held on a traditional, free-of-tie property lease that runs to May 2026.
