Pho secures 12th site
Vietnamese-style restaurant group Pho has secured its 12th site, after acquiring a unit in One New Change in London's St Paul's.
The 2,900 sq ft, 110 cover site will have an outdoor terrace featuring a further 30 seats. It will be housed in the site of what was Caffe Concerto and will open early this September.
The company, founded by Stephen and Juliette Wall has plans to grow its estate to up to 25 sites over the next three years.
Stephen Wall said: "We're excited to be opening in the heart of the City and in such a great development. This is a significant site for Pho as it enables us to increase our Pho To Go offering in addition to opening such a great restaurant space. We're very hopeful that Pho's fresh and healthy food will really appeal to the local office population and London's visitors."
Pho currently operates nine restaurants in London, one in Brighton and one in Leeds.
