Pho secures 10th site

Vietnamese restaurant chain Pho has secured its 10th site, on Chiswick High Road, West London.

The company, backed by Isis Equity Partners, has a 20-year lease on the 2,540 sq ft rstaurant, at a rent rising to £75,000 per annum.

The deal was brokered by property agent Davis Coffer Lyons (DCL). Rob Meadows of DCL said: "Pho is on a major expansion drive at the moment as it looks to achieve its aim of 25 sites within four years.

"Chiswick will be its first restaurant in a suburban location - something we expect to see more of as the chain grows. The new restaurant will be an exciting addition to the Chiswick scene and will benefit greatly from its proximity to a new Picture House cinema which is due to open a couple of doors away later this year."
