Peter Gladwin sells City of London restaurant

Peter Gladwin, executive chef of the Just Restaurant Group, has sold his 80-seat Thames-side restaurant, Just The Bridge, in the City of London.

He plans to focus on his catering company, Party Ingredients, and the Just St James and Just Oriental restaurants in the West End. A fourth restaurant, Just Gladwins in Minster Court, is up for sale.

The new owner of Just the Bridge is Christian Butler, former general manager of the Baltic restaurant in Southwark.

The restaurant in St Paul's Walk on the north side of Thames is just 50 metres from the Millennium Bridge and overlooks the Tate Modern and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre.

The London office of Christie + Co sold the leasehold off a guide price of £200,000.
