Paolo Parlanti, head chef, Franco's, London

Paolo Parlanti has joined Franco's restaurant in London's Jermyn Street as head chef. He has moved to the restaurant, which has just opened a refurbished wine bar, from the Park City hotel in Kensington, where he was head chef.
