Run by Mike North, former head chef of the Michelin-starred Goose in Britwell Salome, and his business partner, Imogen Young, this countryside pub is set in 1.4 hectares of Otmoor, overlooking the village of Murcott in Oxfordshire. Interiors of the whitewashed thatched building include stripped-oak beams and wood-burning stoves.
