Noble House in sale talks

Noble House Leisure, the owner of restaurant brands Jim Thompson's and Yellow River Café, is in advanced talks over the sale of the business, according to senior sources.

Interested parties are thought to include former Yates backers GI Partners, as well as Alchemy Partners, which was recently linked to a move for bar operator Regent Inns.

Privately owned Noble House Leisure was set up in 2000 by entrepreneur Robert Breare as a branded-restaurant and pub operator.
