New owner for Christophers Café Bar in Bristol

Experienced licensee George Mills has bought Christophers Café Bar in Bristol and renamed it the Bliss Café Bar.

The three-story building in Fairfax Street is half-a-mile from the city centre and is located near Broadmead and the Galleries shopping centre.

It can accommodate 75 diners across two floors and includes four en-suite letting bedrooms and a one-bedroom owners' accommodation.

Mills, who has clocked up 21 years in the licensed trade, has developed a daytime trade feeding local office workers while catering at night for the party crowd.

The Bristol office of Christie + Co sold a new 20-year lease on the property off a guide price of £35,000.
